BINGE has confirmed an Australian premiere date for the upcoming HBO fantasy drama series, The Nevers.


BINGE will serve up more superhero action when the fantasy drama series, The Nevers, premieres this April.

August, 1896. Victorian London is rocked to its foundations by a supernatural event which gives certain people – mostly women – abnormal abilities, from the wondrous to the disturbing.

But no matter their particular “turns,” all who belong to this new underclass are in grave danger. 

A period-set superhero drama, The Nevers, stars Laura Donnelly as Amalia True, a mysterious, quick-fisted widow and Ann Skelly as Penance Adair, a brilliant young inventor who are given the responsibility to protect and shelter these gifted “orphans.”

To do so, they will have to face the brutal forces determined to annihilate their kind.

The ensemble cast includes Olivia Williams, James Norton, Tom Riley, Rochelle Neil, Eleanor Tomlinson, Amy Manson, Pip Torrens, Denis O’Hare, Zackary Momoh, Elizabeth Berrington, Kiran Sawar, Anna Devlin, Viola Prettejohn, Ella Smith, Nick Frost and Ben Chaplin.

The Nevers is created and executive produced by Joss Whedon; executive produced by Bernadette Caulfield, Ilene S. Landress, Doug Petrie, Jane Espenson and Philippa Goslett.

BINGE and Foxtel OnDemand will drop six weekly episodes that make up Part One of The Nevers Season 1 beginning 12 April.
