New LENA DUNHAM series GENERA+ION premieres tonight on Foxtel and Binge

Executive produced by Lena Dunham,the eight-part drama series Genera+ion will premiere in Australia tonight.

Genera+ion is a dark yet playful half-hour series following a group of high school students whose exploration of modern sexuality (devices and all) tests deeply entrenched beliefs about life, love and the nature of family in their conservative community.

BINGE delivers viewers the biggest and most talked about shows, and Genera+ion will certainly be one of those.  

“Produced by the incredibly talented Lena Dunham, alongside 18 year-old Zelda Barnz and her dads Daniel and Ben Barnz, Generation provides an authentic view of what today’s adolescents experience. 

“Shows like this, along with other global hits, like Euphoria and I May Destroy You, are extremely relevant to our audience, and we are seeing them connect with these shows and the stories they are telling.”

The ensemble cast includes Chase Sui Wonders, Chloe East, Haley Sanchez, Lukita Maxwell, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Nathanya Alexander, Nava Mau and Uly Schlesinger with Justice Smith and Martha Plimpton

double episodes will premiere weekly from 11 March of the high school-set series which sees Dunham in collaboration with Daniel and Ben Barnz, and their teenage daughter, Zelda Barnz as they explore the authentic lives of modern-day teenagers.
