Reversing the traditional investigative narrative, 15 Days is an intensely human drama and original crime thriller that’s not so much a ‘whodunnit’ but more a ‘who’s going to do it?’.

In the opening scenes, a young man is shot dead. Immediately the story rolls back to two weeks prior, and we meet four siblings and their families, including the soon-to-be murder victim, as they arrive at an isolated farmhouse to scatter their mother’s ashes and read her will.

Gareth has secret plans for a housing development on the land, Sara hopes to take on the farm herself, Nia is interested in her sister’s husband and youngest brother Rhys is having flashbacks about his father’s death five years earlier.

Cast in this series includes Catherine Tydesley (Coronation Street), David Caves (Silent Witness), Geraint Morgan (Hinterland), Tom Rhys Harries (Unforgotten) and Karen Paullada (Stella).

15 Days airs Thursdays at 8.30pm from March 4 on BBC First
