In January 2021, BritBox will be welcoming a broad range of titles to the service including exclusive and premiere content.

January 1st

Luther, Season 5

Starring Idris Elba, Season 5 of Luther will arrive in BritBox in January, with Australians able to watch the complete series of Luther all in one place.

Dial M for Middlesborough

An Australian premiere exclusive to BritBox, Dial M for Middlesborough (Johnny Vegas, Sian Gibson, Joanna Page) follows the hugely successful Agatha Christie inspired whodunits Murder on the Blackpool Express and Death on the Tyne (also BritBox exclusives).

Unlikely super-sleuths return with a killer group of comedy greats in this latest BritBox title. 


Poldark, Seasons 1-5

Award winning Poldark arrives, with the full box set available exclusively to BritBox in Australia. Poldark fans can now watch the full series from start to finish exclusively.

Ross Poldark (Aiden Turner) returns from the American Revolutionary War to find his father dead, his estate in ruins and his lover engaged to another man. Slowly but steadily, he attempts to rebuild his life. 


Unforgotten, Seasons 1-3

Seasons 1-3 of iconic drama Unforgotten will be arriving new to BritBox in January 2021.

Starring Nicola Walker and Sanjeev Bhaskar, Unforgotten sees London detectives investigate crimes from the past, unravelling secrets buried for years. 



Doctor Who, Season 12

BritBox Australia has the largest streaming collection of Doctor Who, and this January will be adding Season 12 of this iconic British title to the service.

The Thirteenth Doctor (Jodie Whittaker) returns to BritBox in Season 12, resuming her time and space travels.

    A celebrated cast star in this movie by award winning playwright Alan Plater about one of the great love affairs and greatest scandals of the twentieth century, D.H Lawrence’s passionate relationship with Frieda Weekley.
  • The Fourth Protocol
    (Michael Caine, Pierce Brosnan)

    A farcical take on the Sherlock Holmes stories, which proposes that the world’s greatest detective is merely the fictional creation of Dr Watson, the real crime solving genius.

Your Home Made Perfect, Season 2

BritBox launched with season 1 of Your Home Made Perfect, with Season 2 arriving in January 2020.

An Australian premiere exclusive to BritBox, lifestyle show Your Home Made Perfect is hosted by Angela Scanlan and uses virtual reality and visual effects for people to see what their home could look like before building it in reality.
