Psychiatrist Dr Kieran Kennedy will host the new weekly program from Ticker’s studios in Richmond, Victoria.
The program will bridge the gap between mental and physical health and provide tangible solutions for busy professionals struggling to balance work and healthy living.

Dr Kieran Kennedy MBChB BSc is a doctor, mental health advocate, writer & speaker passionate about health, fitness & breaking down barriers to our wellbeing.
