  1. I think Sky might find that David Lipson was Sky’s first Washington correspondent. It didn’t last long, but first is first… the distinction might be the employment arrangements, Annelise could be staying on as a fulltime employee, where David was perhaps a contractor. None the less Lippo was identified in publicity as Washington correspondent… facts matter… until 5pm on Sky anyway

  2. Love my Sky!!! Disappointed the are coming back so late in January. Why??? They all get holidays during the year. Not like you cant afford them Sky. Just saying.

  3. Waiting patiently for Michael McLaren to be given a show of his own. I have listened to Michael on radio for years. Why 2gb still have him doing midnight to dawn is baffling. What a waste of talent. He runs rings around some of their other presenters. Seeing him pop up with Alan Jones on Monday evenings on Sky was and is a real treat. Then he filled in on Sky for Chris Smith over the Christmas break. One would have thought he’d been in the chair for years. He was totally in control with interesting topics. He’s such a pleasure to watch and listen to. More of Michael please Sky.

  4. I became a fan of Sky New Australia last year and was wondering why all my favorite programs just stopped in December 2020. Glad to hear they are returning but why did everyone gone on hiatus?

  5. JILLYBEAN…the reason you see Michael McLaren NOT being given a show on SKY, is because he’s too articulate, intelligent and just plain smart for the likes of some of the current ‘lefty’ furniture, like Kieran Gilbert, Tom Connell, Ashleigh Gillon, Andrew Clennell – and many others! As for 2GB (owned by lefty CH9)…same deal! Nothing to beat in that hopeless Scott what’s-his-name in late pm (as each-way Scott can be right wing one minute and left wing the next…depending on his guest)…whereas Michael is clear about his politics…so best keep him on at midnight, so fewer will hear those very inciteful views!
