The WBBL Final Series kicks off tonight (Wednesday) when the top-of-table Melbourne Stars take on Perth Scorchers in Semi-Final 1 on 7mate at 7.00pm AEDT.
With skipper Meg Lanning in sizzling form, the Stars are confident they can claim the WBBL 06 title in their maiden finals appearance, while the Scorchers have the top-order firepower in Beth Mooney and Sophie Devine to spoil their plans.
On Thursday cricket fans will enjoy another cut-throat white-ball contest when the Heat square off against Sydney Thunder in Semi Final 2 on 7mate at 7.00pm AEDT.
