The former Olympian has repeated history in a controversial episode of Seven’s big hope for 2021
Steven Bradbury will forever be known for his Gold Medal winning race at the 2002 winter Olympics. Bradbury was trailing behind the pack when all four of his competitors crashed out at the final corner while jostling for the gold medal, allowing Bradbury to cruise to an easy win.
It became the stuff of legend.
Now, according to TV Blackbox podcast co-host Ben Norris, Bradbury has done it again while shooting an episode of Holey Moley.
In the latest episode of TV Blackbox Norris says Bradbury was competing against Denise Drysdale when she had a terrible fall on set and had to be taken to hospital. With his competitor unable to finish, Bradbury was declared the winner.
