Martin Sheen and Rob Lowe lead acclaimed cast as they assemble for the first time in 17 years, joined by special appearances from Michelle Obama and Bill Clinton.

On the eve of one of the most pivotal Presidential elections in US history, FOXTEL will broadcast the highly anticipated reunion episode of The West Wing.

For BINGE subscribers the special is available right now – more than 24 hours ahead of the ad-free premiere Tuesday, November 3 at 9.00pm AEDT on FOX ONE (and available to watch on demand).

A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote sees the stars of the beloved political drama reunite for the special, one hour episode to encourage voter participation in the American election.

The special marks the first time in 17 years that the original cast of the Emmy®-and Peabody Award-winning drama came together to raise awareness for ‘When We All Vote’, a non-profit, nonpartisan organisation co-chaired by Michelle Obama.

Shot over multiple days at the iconic Orpheum Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles in early October, stars of The West Wing including Martin Sheen, Rob Lowe, Dulé Hill, Allison Janney, Janel Moloney, Richard Schiff and Bradley Whitford reprised their roles for a special staged theatrical presentation of “Hartsfield’s Landing”.

The Season 3 episode “Hartsfield’s Landing”, recreated for the special, focuses on the 42 votes in the remote New Hampshire town’s election, which are counted immediately and always predict the winner of that state’s primary. The episode, written by Aaron Sorkin, reinforces the importance of every single vote, while a delicate negotiation with the Chinese, who are conducting war games in the Taiwan Strait plays out.

In addition to the original cast members, A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote will feature special guest appearances, including a message from When We All Vote co-chair Michelle Obama, among others including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Samuel L Jackson, Marlee Matlin and Bill Clinton.

The original “Hartsfield’s Landing” episode will be broadcast immediately after the special, break-free at 10.00pm on FOX ONE, and is also available to watch on demand.

A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote is produced by Casey Patterson Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Unscripted Television. Aaron Sorkin, Thomas Schlamme and Casey Patterson are the executive producers. Rob Paine is co-executive producer.

A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote will air break-free on Tuesday November 3 at 9.00pm on FOX ONE, followed immediately by the original “Hartsfield’s Landing” episode at 10.00pm.  The special, along with all seven seasons of The West Wing are available to watch on FOXTEL on demand, and available to stream immediately on BINGE.
