SONNY BILL WILLIAMS makes his NRL return LIVE this weekend

Sonny Bill Williams is back. The moment we’ve all been waiting is here and the only place to see it LIVE is on Fox League.

In a box office Super Saturday matchup befitting his superstar status – the Raiders vs Roosters Grand Final rematch, SBW will make his return to the NRL for the first time since 2014 and a dedicated Fox League camera will follow his every move.

To recognise the occasion FOX LEAGUE will have the man who steered the Roosters to premiership glory in 2018 and 2019 – Cooper Cronk, at GIO Stadium in Canberra to cast his expert eye over the big match up.

Commentators Andrew Voss and Braith Anasta will join Cronk to call the action in Canberra before Yvonne Sampson, Mal Meninga, Michael Ennis and Greg Alexander cover off all the big moments in the post-game show.

Fox League (Foxtel channel 502) will get viewers in the mood for SBW’s return from Thursday at 2.30pm with a look back on his sensational career and biggest moments in SBW’s Top 5 NRL games.

Friday Night Football

A finals race will take place on Friday night with two big games that will shape the top 8 in 2020. First up it’s the Knights vs Sharks, only on Fox League and in 4K Ultra HD from 6.00pm

Then at 7.30pm, the Rabbitohs season will get a true test of its merits without Latrell Mitchell when the two most successful NRL coaches, Wayne Bennett and Craig Bellamy, roll out all the tricks out for their sides in Rabbitohs vs Storm.

Join Jess Yates, Cooper Cronk, Greg Alexander and Braith Anasta from 5.00pm for a comprehensive take on all the action.

Sunday Ticket features the feel-good story of the season – the Warriors late season surge, when they go up against an Eels side licking their wounds after a 38-0 drubbing by Souths last weekend. At 6.30pm to finish of the round is the Cowboys and Dragons both trying to save face in difficult seasons for the two proud clubs.

From 8.30pm Sunday Night with Matty Johns is live followed by The Big League Wrap.
