The road to crown the 2020 NBA Champions begins on Tuesday August 18 AEST, with the NBA Playoffs live on ESPN Australia New Zealand.

NBA fans will be treated to a bumper schedule of matches, with ESPN Australia New Zealand broadcasting two live games every day through the opening week of the 2020 NBA Playoffs.

ESPN’s NBA playoff coverage begins with a blockbuster double header, led by a huge series opener between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics at 8.30am AEST on ESPN.

The Dallas Mavericks will then follow against the Los Angeles Clippers at 11am AEST, to begin their playoff campaign.

ESPN will also feature the Los Angeles Lakers series against the Portland Trail Blazers and defending NBA champions Toronto Raptors, as they begin another playoff run against the Brooklyn Nets.

In the next eight days, 16 live NBA Playoff games will be broadcast across ESPN.

For those unable to catch the action live each morning, ESPN will also broadcast full replays each day, as well as special 30-minute NBA Mini Matches, back to back, each evening.

“Our viewers have flocked to the NBA games since its return to our screens, and the action only gets better with our NBA Playoff schedule,” ESPN Australia New Zealand General Manager Haydn Arndt said.
