Amy Schumer documents challenges of pregancy in EXPECTING AMY


Expecting Amy, is a three-part docuseries offering an inside look at Amy Schumer’s life on tour while pregnant with her first child.

The series follows Schumer as she creates her stand-up comedy special, ‘Growing’, while experiencing an extremely difficult pregnancy.

The series takes viewers behind-the-scenes as Schumer performs in 42 cities, completing 60 shows in total, and shares an insight into her life both on and off stage, mixing moments from her comedy routine with her home life with husband, Chris Fischer.

Schumer shares the highs and lows, from the day she found out she was pregnant, to performing sell-out shows, an emergency trip to hospital and the birth of her son.

Produced by Schumer, Expecting Amy is directed and edited by Alexander Hammer, who cut Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé.
