A New Zealand broadcaster is using Seven’s re-jigged BIG BROTHER to fill programming holes after the impact of COVID-19
It is Australia’s most talked about show of the year and now New Zealand viewers are about to see what all the fuss is about.
THREE (formally TV3) has bought the rights to the Australian version of Big Brother, currently airing on Seven.
According to stuff.co.nz the series will replace The Block NZ, which has had production delays due to COVID-19.

The website says the first episode will screen Sunday June 28 at 7pm and then Mondays and Tuesday at 7.30pm, which is how the series is airing in its home country.
New Zealand viewers will be three weeks behind, which means they will be able to find plenty of spoilers on the net but will miss the opportunity to vote in the live finale. Surprisingly there are no plans to air extra episodes in order to catch up to the Australian series.
