New True-Crime Drama WHITE HOUSE FARM to premiere this long weekend

White House Farm, a gripping new six-part factual drama from ITV based on the 1985 murders of an Essex family is set to drop this June on BINGE.

In the early hours of Wednesday, 7 August 1985, police in Chelmsford, UK received a distressed phone call from local farmer, Jeremy Bamber. Officers were called to an incident at his parents’ remote farmhouse where five members of the Bamber family were found murdered; Jeremy Bamber’s sister Sheila Caffell, her twin six-year-old sons, Daniel and Nicholas, and her adoptive parents, Nevill and June Bamber.

White House Farm, seeks to provide fresh insight into this family tragedy and the events that took place at White House Farm.

Originally thought to be an open and shut case of murder-suicide by mentally unwell former-model Sheila, the doubts of one officer, Detective Sergeant Stan Jones, turned the case on its head.

White House Farm features an impressive cast including Freddie Fox as Jeremy Bamber, Mark Addy (Game of Thrones) as DS Stan Jones, Stephen Graham (This Is England, Boardwalk Empire) as DCI ‘Taff’ Jones and Cressida Bonas as Sheila Caffell. Gemma Whelan (Game of Thrones, Killing Eve), Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones, Jojo Rabbit), Mark Stanley (Game of Thrones), Alexa Davies (Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again), Amanda Burton (Silent Witness) and Nicholas Farrell take supporting roles in the drama.

White House Farm is based on extensive research, interviews and published accounts including, ‘The Murders at White House Farm’ by Carol Ann Lee with additional material from ‘In Search of the Rainbow’s End’ by Colin Caffell, ex-husband of Sheila and father to the two boys who died, Daniel and Nicholas Caffell.

From the makers of Golden Globe Award nominated series The Missing, White House Farm is executive produced by Willow Grylls, Charlie Pattinson, Elaine Pyke and Kris Mrksa and produced by Lee Thomas.

Every episode of White House Farm will be available to stream on BINGE from Monday, 8 June.
