10 has high hopes for The Bachelorette with Angie Kent

To say 10 had a challenging start to 2019 would be an understatement.

Formats including Sunday Night Takeaway, Changing Rooms, and Ambulance Australia all flopped.

I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, was a brief highlight while Dancing with the Stars barely managed to hold its own as the networks primary channel share fell well behind the ABC.

Thankfully however, the return of MasterChef Australia helped steady the ship, well produced seasons of The Bachelor and Australian Survivor have continued the positive momentum.

With Big Bash Cricket now a distant memory, 10 has promised viewers a full 50 weeks of entertainment programming in 2019. In discussions with TV Blackbox, the network has now confirmed an impressive slate of shows designed to win back audiences.

The Amazing Race Australia

As exclusively revealed by TV Blackbox in May "10 is looking for a massive finish to 2019, by making a significant investment in one of TV's longest-running reality formats, The Amazing Race."

The Masked Singer

The Masked Singer

The Masked Singer

Lindsay Lohan, Danni Minogue, Jackie O and Dave Hughes will all be taking their seats on the guessing panel to answer the question the whole country will be asking: who are under the masks!

If you've never heard of 'The Masked Singer' before, it's the new singing competition taking the world by storm. Hosted by Osher Günsberg, 12 celebrities will be decked out in the most outrageous costumes, completely obscuring who they are. Judged entirely on their vocal abilities -- each episode one celeb will be unmasked.

The Bachelorette

From Couch Critic to Jungle Kween, Angie Kent has well and truly won hearts across the country, but now the question is, who will win hers?

Sweet yet sassy, this 29-year-old Bachelorette is wide open to falling in love, but also isn't afraid to tell Mr. Wrong to hit the road.

Now, after years of taking care of the other people (and the rescue dogs) in her life, it's time for Angie to put matters of the heart first and take the leap into a bed of roses.

The fifth season of The Bachelorette Australia will follow Angie as she navigates a world full of handsome suitors, cheese platters and extravagant dates all in the name of finding Mr. Right. With a Bachelorette this loveable, the competition is going to be tough.

Playing for Keeps

Playing for Keeps

From the production company behind The Secret Daughter and Underbelly, Playing For Keeps is an exciting series about the women behind the men we barrack for on the footy field. As the series unfolds there will be affairs, business opportunities, fashion footnotes, faux pas, mounting credit card bills, groupies, harassment, racism, sexism, the ever-present paparazzi and an absurd amount of fun. It's a world we've read about. Now we're allowed inside.

Beecham House

Delhi 1795 – John Beecham, a former soldier in the East India Company, is determined to leave the past behind him and start a new life. When he arrives at the grand house the staff are shocked to discover that their secretive new master has arrived with his infant son August, a baby of mixed parentage. John is determined to reunite his family in Delhi and keep the identity of his child secret but at what cost to himself and those he loves?

Trial by Kyle

The toughest cases, biggest celebrities and genuine disputes can only be settled by one man, radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands. As Kyle carefully unravels each case, former The Bachelor Australia star and criminal lawyer Anna Heinrich is on hand to assist in forensically analysing the evidence.

The reboot is a twist on the original series with the actors playing heightened versions of themselves in a mockumentary about the making of a Beverly Hills 90210 reboot.

Having gone their separate ways since the original series ended 19 years ago, Shannen, Jason, Jennie, Ian, Gabrielle, Brian and Tori reunite when one of them suggests it’s time to get a Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot up and running.

Saturday Night Rove

Rove McManus has got you sorted for your Saturday night with the aptly titled Saturday Night Rove and it’s only seven short days away.

Spend the peak of your week in front of the telly with one very familiar face (that’d be Rove), another familiar voice (Judith Lucy) and a few newbies (soon to be your new faves Alex Lee, Alex Jae and Justin Hamilton) who are all prepped to make you laugh and then some.

Todd Sampson's Body Hack

TV Blackbox can also confirm 10 will return Todd Sampson's Body Hack to the line-up with 4 brand new episodes airing this year.

10 will also have access to new seasons of NCIS, SVU and FBI from late September. Broadcast dates for these titles are yet to be confirmed

My 80 Year Old Flatmate

Australia is trapped in a housing crisis. Millennials are locked out of the rental market while many older Australians live alone in empty houses. Our millennials will get free rent in exchange for helping out around the house. The two generations will share their space, their experiences, and maybe even learn from each other. One successful millennial from each trial will be offered the keys to the spare room. How will two very different generations get along under the same roof?

Part Time Private Eyes

Spying can be a mother of a job.

In an attempt to find work between school pick and drop off, two mums at a local primary school find themselves working together as Private Investigators. With very little experience between them, they are thrown deep into the world of working undercover; rushing to solve cases between 9 and 3pm.

When a school mum complains that she thinks her husband might be having an affair, fellow mums Val and Alex seize the opportunity to earn a quick buck. With newly-single Alex struggling to re-enter the job market due to lack of flexible working hours, and full-time Mum Val smack bang in a mid-life identity crisis, offering to 'investigate' could be the answer to all their problems!
