It's semi-finals time on DANCING WITH THE STARS
Roll Up, Roll Up For The Semi-Final Redemption Round.
Jett Kenny is stoked to get physical with Lily for another seven days, Courtney Act’s body has been tucked, pulled and prodded in every direction, Constance Hall missed her kids so much she flew them over from Western Australia and Samuel Johnson is just astonished to still be in the running for the mirror ball trophy. The semi-finals are here, baby!
Want another reason to get excited? Grant Denyer will make his triumphant return as co-host. Back (pardon the pun) from a bulged disc, not even Denise Scott’s filthy innuendos could keep him from the ballroom floor.
On Monday’s live show, our top four celebrities will once again perform two dance routines. One will be an encore dance genre that the judges want to see them perform once more but this time to a new song. Improvement is not only expected, it’s mandatory.
The second will be a dance fusion; that is, two genres in one routine. The judges will be looking for equal percentage of each dance style in the performance but how this is split up will be up to the couples.
Prepare to be wowed with a rumba to The Jonas Brothers, a cha cha/quickstep hybrid to Miley Cyrus and a paso doble to Demi Lovato.
With only three celebrities able to progress to the Grand Finale on April 22, voting for your favourite dancer has never been more important. Log ontowww.10play.com.au for all the voting details.
Dancing With The Stars is hosted by Amanda Keller and Grant Denyer, produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia and BBC Studios, from a format created by the BBC and distributed by BBC Studios.
