James Warburton, Seven West Media, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, has announced the appointment of Jeff Howard as the Chief Financial Officer of Seven West Media Limited, commencing on Monday, 20 January 2020.
“I am delighted to welcome Jeff to the business. His extensive experience in ASX listed markets and track record of delivering in complex, multi-faceted roles makes him the ideal successor to Warwick Lynch.
“Jeff’s immense depth of experience and exposure across the broad media industry and his achievements with M&A will be a great addition to Seven West Media as we continue our hunger to transform the company.”
Mr Warburton thanked current Chief Financial Officer Warwick Lynch for his contribution to the business over the past 24 years, including the past 5 years as CFO. Mr Lynch will be leaving the business on Wednesday, 15 January 2020.

Prior to joining SWM, Mr Howard served as CFO of HT&E Limited from 2012, delivering strategic financial leadership while executing on strategy and driving shareholder value. Mr Howard has extensive experience in business transformation and growth in the media sector, including through mergers and acquisitions.
