The interview promises to also delve into the truth behind his departure from Network Ten’s MasterChef.
Earlier this month, Calombaris’ company was hit with a $200,000 ‘contrition payment’ by the Fair Work Ombudsmen for underpaying more than 500 staff, and had to pay back $7,832,953 of wages and superannuation to current and former staff.
