The Pasta-Bilities Are Endless.

MasterChef Australia will return home to a warm welcome on 10 on Monday, April 29 at 7.30pm for its 11th season. This season is what dreams are made of as a new batch of 24 talented and passionate home cooks induce goosebumps as they raise the bar and plate up a range of phenomenal dishes.

Meet Huda, vying for one of the 24 white coveted aprons with her signature dish. She was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in a male dominated world. Now, at 34 years of age, Huda wants to raise the temperature in the kitchen and put her fiercest foot forward as she represents the power of women. Passionate about inspiring young women, Huda works as a dietitian with local schools in South Australia, teaching mindful eating to teenage girls.

As a mother of three, she hopes her rich cultural background will give her an edge against her competitors in the MasterChef Australia kitchen this season. Huda can cook Italian, Mediterranean and Indian food, and her signature dish for the Judges is meatballs in citrus tahini sauce with flat bread. Hear more about Huda’s ethos here.

Theatre manager Leah has been watching MasterChef Australia since the very first episode and has been working on her signature dish ever since. It’s a glass apple ravioli with chicken liver pâté and a brandy apple foam. Does it sound like she’s overcomplicated it?

That’s what the judges and Leah’s mum think, but this 22-year-old is here to prove them wrong. As a graduate of the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Leah hopes to steal the spotlight on her way to glory at the MasterChef Australia grand finale. Get your first glimpse of our dancing queen here.

MasterChef Australia Season 11. Premieres Monday, 29 April At 7.30pm. Only On 10 and WIN Network.
