International netball will debut on the Nine Network when the best players in the world are showcased in the NETBALL QUAD SERIES and CONSTELLATION CUP from Saturday, August 26 – LIVE and FREE.
As part of the partnership between Netball Australia, Telstra and Nine, fans will be front and centre for unprecedented access to these international fixtures when Australia, New Zealand, England and South Africa face off.
Covering all the NETBALL QUAD SERIES and CONSTELLATION CUP action for Nine’s Wide World of Sports, the expert commentary team will include Australian netball legends Liz Ellis, Laura Geitz, Cath Cox and Sue Gaudion, and host Clint Stanaway.
On the court the brightest stars will include Caitlin Bassett, Madi Robinson and Kim Ravillion representing Australia, Maria Tutaia leading the charge for New Zealand, along with England’s Super Netball stars Jo Harten and Geva Mentor, and South Africa’s Karla Mostert.
Former Australian captain and Nine netball commentator, Liz Ellis, said: “Four of the best teams in the world will square off in a host of international grudge matches. The Aussies love nothing more than beating New Zealand and they will have the chance to do it both home and away.
“The Quad Series and Constellation Cup will feature a real mate-versus-mate vibe when the stars of Super Netball get the chance to settle old scores. Plenty of pride is on the line and some tough netball is going to be played. I’m excited to see it all coming to life on Nine.”
The Netball Quad Series and Constellation Cup will also be broadcast via 9Now and the Netball Live app, with replays available on 9Now and TelstraTV.
