The Australian Grand Prix roars into action this weekend and SPEED will deliver a massive three days of live, ad-break free and High Definition coverage of all MotoGP category races plus qualifying and practice sessions.
Beginning on Friday (October 17) at 9.55am, fans can follow the riders’ preparations with Live coverage of MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 Free Practice 1 & 2 sessions.
On Saturday, Jessica Yates joins 500cc Grand Prix Legend Kevin Magee and former Australian Superbike champion Steve Martin to host SPEED’s Live coverage with 2003 World Supersport Champion Chris Vermeulen reporting from pit-lane at Phillip Island.
Coverage begins at 9.30am with Free Practice 3 and Qualifying for all categories.
Sunday marks race day where a new King of Phillip Island will be crowned. From 10.30am, Yates, Magee, Martin and Vermeulen return to deliver all the final day build-up starting with the morning warm up sessions.
Record-breaking World Champion Marc Marquez, World No.2 Valentino Rossi and defending champ Jorge Lorenzo all return to Phillip Island to contest the 16th event on the MotoGP calendar.
There will be plenty of interest in Aussie young gun, Jack Miller ,as he looks to overtake Spain’s Alex Marquez in the Moto3 category and secure his first World Championship before moving into the premier category next year.
Fans will hear from some of MotoGP’s biggest stars throughout SPEED’s comprehensive coverage as a host of riders join the coverage including Spanish superstar Marquez.
SPEED will be the only place to watch all the action unfold with comprehensive coverage across the three days.
