Eight Australians will tee-off in the final golf major of the year – the USPGA Championship – this Friday, August 8, with every round Live on Fox Sports.
The world’s top 100 golfers will swing into action at the Valhalla Golf Club, Kentucky, this Friday, August 8, for the 2014 USPGA Championship and among them is Adam Scott, who will be looking to quickly regain his world number one ranking from Rory McIlroy.
Scott heads an eight-strong Australian assembly and is tipped alongside the favourites to lift the trophy at the last fixture in the major season calendar. Fellow Australian, Geoff Ogilvy, has hit his form at the ideal time – ending a four-year PGA title drought earlier this week by winning the Barracuda Championship, in Montreux. Ninth ranked Jason Day and in-form Marc Leishman are also among the eight Australians joining the world’s best 100 at Valhalla.
Golf fans can follow every round of the 2014 USPGA Championship on Fox Sports, with Exclusive Live in High Definition coverage of all four days of play, with round one beginning 3am this Friday, August 8.
Fox Sports’ comprehensive coverage extends across it’s sports website, foxsports.com.au, with Live updates, analysis and opinion right across the tournament.
With coverage of all four majors, the Ryder Cup and the USPGA, European, Asian and USLPGA Tours, Fox Sports is the home of golf in Australia.
