Friday marks the ninth day of competition at the XX Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. Nineteen Gold Medals will be decided today across 54 events in 10 sports.

This evening’s edition of Glasgow Live brings viewers Athletics, Diving, Gymnastics, Table Tennis and all the live action from the Glasgow International Hockey Centre.

Today’s highlight is Aussie golden girl, Sally Pearson, on track for her 100m Hurdles Final from 7.10am AEST.

Live sport commences from 6pm AEST on ONE, with Greg Rust live from the Commentator’s Lounge for the Lawn Bowls Women’s Pairs Medal Matches from the picturesque Kelvingrove Lawn Bowls Centre in Glasgow.

From Kelvingrove to Edinburgh, the Men’s 3m Synchronised Diving Final commences from 8.30pm AEST on TEN with 2008 Olympic Diving Champion, Matthew Mitcham, and Grant Nel in action. Then the Hockeyroos give it their all in the women’s Hockey Semi-Finals from 9.15am AEST on TEN.

From 8.05pm AEST on ONE, the Table Tennis Semi-Finals are on with the medal matches on TEN from 3am AEST. The Boxing Semi-Finals will also commence on TEN from 10pm AEST.

The Gymnastics Artistic Apparatus Finals are on TEN from 11pm AEST featuring Australia’s best gymnasts, including four-time Delhi 2010 Gold Medallist Lauren Mitchell and Olympic Gold Medallist Naoya Tsukahara. 

Over at Hampden Park, the Athletics finals will commence from 3am AEST on TEN. Aussie superstar and 2009 World Champion, Dani Samuels, competes in the Women’s Discus Final from 3.15am AEST, plus the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt is expected to be on track for the Men’s 4x100m Relay Heats from 6.10am AEST.

The Women’s High Jump Final is on from 3am AEST, the Men’s Pole Vault Final from 3.05am AEST, the Men’s 3000m Steeplechase from 4.45am AEST, the Men’s 10,000m Final from 5.05am AEST and the Women’s 800m Final from 5.45am AEST on TEN.

From 3.05am AEST the Women’s 1m Springboard Final will air on TEN followed by the Men’s Synchronised 10m Platform Diving Final featuring Aussies Matthew Mitcham and ex-gymnast Dominic Bedggood up against English idol Tom Daley followed from4.20am AEST.
