As one of Australia’s brightest young
athletes, the dual international will add a fresh perspective and a unique view
to FOX SPORTS’ coverage.

Gary Burns, Head of FOX SPORTS Channels
said: “It’s a huge coup for FOX SPORTS to have Ellyse on board. She has
achieved incredible things in football and cricket and is an inspiration to a
generation of young athletes.”

“We’ll work with Ellyse and get her
involved in a number of our broadcasts and programs with a long-term view to
her development as a sports broadcaster.”

“Ellyse’s star is rising and she has plenty
more to achieve in her sporting career and we are thrilled that we will be part
of the journey. We are proud to have her as part of the team,” Gary said.

Ellyse said: “It’s a huge honour to join
such a wonderful broadcaster like FOX SPORTS. I’ve always had a great time when
I’ve worked with the team in the past and to be able to do this more and in an
official capacity is really exciting for me.”

“It will definitely be a different
experience for me – as the majority of sport I’ve been involved in I’ve been
playing – so I’m looking forward to taking a step back and looking at it from
the other side.”

“It might also be beneficial from my own
playing in terms of viewing and accessing things in a different way or maybe
learning a thing or two that I wouldn’t necessarily see when you’re playing,”
Ellyse said.
